Position: Building Overseer

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Minimum six months of experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or building maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Sanitize and clean public spaces

- Upkeep parking lots, walkways, and gardens
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
